  • License grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access purchased content.
  • You must not copy, record, scrape, resell, or publicly share course assets without written consent.
  • Access is tied to your account and may not be shared with others.
  • We may use technical measures to prevent abuse and enforce limits.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our providers. Refunds may be available per course policy.

  • Prices are shown before checkout and may change without notice for future purchases.
  • Taxes may be applied based on your billing address and applicable law.
  • Refund window: unless otherwise stated on the course page, you may request a refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the content has been consumed.
  • Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account suspension.

Conduct

Be respectful in community spaces. No harassment, spam, or illegal activity.

  • No hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
  • No cheating, credential sharing, or distributing malware.
  • Do not use bots or automation to interfere with the service.
  • We may moderate, remove content, or limit access to protect our community.

Intellectual property

All courses, code, videos, and assets are protected by copyright and other laws.

  • Norlexa Media Courses and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • You may not remove watermarks, DRM, or attribution notices.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases, those provisions may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for legal reasons.

  • Upon termination, licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease use of any non-downloadable content.
  • Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitations) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the effective date on this page.

  • Material changes will be announced within the service interface.
  • Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
